Week of January 22, 2012

This week we invested some time fellowshiping with some dear friends out of Greater Grace Church in Bangkok. They have a church plant in the small fishing town of Mahachai, where there is quite a bit of industrialization going on.

Several folks from all over the world came to attend the Conference to get refreshed. The theme of the conference was building on the strong foundation, not the sand.

We had the pleasure of witnessing a baptism of 7 new believers who are Cambodian nationals. Through special friendships these young men and women have heard the Gospel and responded as God would want them to....by believing and deciding to follow the Lord Jesus Christ.

Several outreaches to locals in the area were made, even to other Cambodian and Burmese immigrant workers. Many many many came to hear the Gospel and responded by choosing to believe and start down the path of following Him. Please pray for the church in Mahachai that all these new believers can get enough attention to grow in their knowledge of the Lord, and to experience Him in their lives.
