Our friend Vicky, who translates for MM in Vietnamese, comes to visit us in Ao Udom

God has really encouraged us through the ministry of our friends that have partnered with us. Vicky is a young lady who is close to finishing her Master's Degree in Divinity. She's the daughter of a Vietnamese pastor, and she's looking forward to serving the church in her homeland after graduating. Vicky translated Multiplication Ministries discipleship material "The Christ Centered Life-One to One Discipleship" into her native language for us. She's stopped by to visit us before heading out to her practicum.

She will be teaching about 50 Christian Vietnamese workers residing in the country of Malaysia. She only has a few months to work with the people. She understands that even if you can train others who are faithful to train others, God's word can be shared more effectively than if there's just 1 person sharing. Vicky is excited to use the Multiplication Ministries material she translated for us, as a way to build up their faith, and to give them tools to raise the people they train and pay it forward. She was a big encouragement for us, and is a great example of what our ministry is about.

We gave Vicky some last moment pointers on how she can flexibly use the program, noting the main thing is to making a reproductive disciple-maker who can carry the torch after she leaves...  Please pray for her as she ministers in Malaysia.  Praise God for her!  Here's a photo of us together in Ao Udom, and below is a photo of her team Vietnamese nationals living in Malaysia.
