The Tickets are Purchased

One of my favorite scriptures that never ceases to amaze me as it comes alive in my own life is Romans 8:28

Romans 8:28-32 (New King James Version)
28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. 29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.


Tonight I arrange Tammy and my tickets to Thailand for our 6 month trip which we hope is fruitful and filled with divine appointments. We are certain that we are called, and specifically destined for this purpose.

We have no idea or pre-suppositions of what will happen, but that God will be with us. It's a time of uncertainty for that peaceful nation, where there has been riots and violence. Why in the world would we go at this time? Because we know His voice is calling us, and we trust Him.

He's proven Himself over and over again...He's faithful to prepare the Way. Recently my dear mother asked that I sell her home. This was a major source of uncertainty in terms of timing our trip. I had prayed we can get this done so Tammy and I can leave in the summer. The Lord provided a buyer on what would have been my mother's birthday, and we closed the deal on Mother's Day weekend in USA. That's timing you can't plan! That's destiny. These things happen when you ask the Lord to take control and that you go with His flow for your life. Bad things happen to everyone, the righteous and the unrighteous. But the promise is that for those who love the Lord, for them, He will work all things together for good, even the bad hurtful things.
