Had a great time with our church family in Ao Udom.  Many games for the going away party, and many touching things said about Tammy and I. 

They took us out blind folded and we had to feel the faces of the people and try to figure them out.  If we were right, we could take the baby powder and spill it on their noggins.  But if we were wrong.....

We got covered in the powder!!!!

I got covered in baby powder after guessing wrong on 2 of the 3 people.

Here's Frame (the one with the 2 fingers up) who is the daughter of Sonn.  Sonn gave her life to Jesus months ago.  She loves Tammy and I like a sister.  She says I remind her so much of her brother who has passed away.  She says it's like God brought her another brother.  Frame's father (Sonn's husband) left them "temporarily".  The two have each other, but it's very hurtful.  They recently followed Pastor Tae's advice and moved into the building next door to the church which we had rented.  We since stopped paying rent, but Sonn insists we stay with her and Frame, which saved us money the past month.  When she moved out of the other apartment, the land lord got mad and took away her son from being under Sonn's care.  We miss little Tonecow.  Sonn's heart broken because she took great care of that 2 year old boy.  But the Lord is good and now Sonn is working in the school as a teacher.  She gets to see Frame every day at school now.  They are much happier, I can tell.  Frame just loves being at her new home, and really loves it when she can spend time with Tammy and I.  She often says in her broken thai "I love you", and it makes Sonn cry so much tears of joy.  She loves that we love her child.  Anyways, poor Frame had many tears she shed when we left.  Please pray for this child, for her self esteem, because she's so young and has experienced some form of abandonment or separation from some dear people who are like family the past year.
