Had a pretty good day today, and we'll just have to wait to see the end fruit of it all. Pastor Tae brought us to a meeting in Chon Buri where several pastors and church leaders throughout out the Eastern Region gathered for the "Vision 2015" Conference. The churches have decided to ban together and work in a united fashion to share the Gospel throughout the land. Their target is to have at least 1,000,000 people who truly know the Lord by the time 4 years is up. They are trying to go from 10,000 people to 1,000,000. They gave some information and resources and encouragement to bless others, pray for people, and take care of their needs, and to share the Gospel with them.
We met the Director of the Baptist Student Center, and a prominent person who is responsible for quite a bit within Thailand. We hear he's a famous author and a humble servant of God. We also met with several other pastors and missionaries and were able to make some new friends.
We got to encourage a couple of the youths of the church. We taught them english for a couple hours and also practiced christian songs in English.
Please pray for "M" and "T". M is the young man who is helping us at the water factory. T is jobless. He dropped out of school, I'm not sure why. I encouraged him to go back to school. The family needs these guys working and helping with the bills.
