While I won't go into details, I know the Lord blessed the time of study. It's really nice to know that God is leading and involved with the details, and to see His fingerprint on the day.

Later we went to one of their house visitations to a handicapped member of their church. Immanuel church has been around for almost as long as I have been alive. Many of the members are elderly, and the Pastor has been here for only 1 year but is praying that the church can be revived and be all that God would want it to be. It seems to lack a bit of motivation and the pastor is looking to have the church "wake up". Cristina has been helping the church for several months. In the short time we've been there in Mae Sae, I believe we have been able to help the pastor with our consultation and coming alongside to teach the church on some important matters that have to get squared away before God blesses the church with growth. We look forward to more time with them, and seeing how God works in their lives. Pastor Thirapong is the chairman of a coalition of 8 churches in the area, so he would love to have good things to report and to start implementing these processes with other churches in the network. Please pray for good things to come!
We spent money formatting the new revised Thai translations of MM's "Getting to Know God Personally". We are really pleased that our dear friend Sakchai and his nephew completed additional lessons, which we now can share with the 20 friends in Ao Udom who have completed the original set of lessons, but never had the thai translation in front of them for a couple of those studies (which translators spoke as we went through the English paperwork). It's great to have the Leaders Guide translated as well.
Today (tuesday) we took a break, and headed out to Chiang Rai. We met a nice lady named Kalaya, who lives next to the Presbyterian Church. She spoke fluent English, and had lived in California (L.A.) for many years. She was a real blessing, because she took the time to get us into a very nice, inexpensive hotel for the night. We hope to visit her and her church near Mae Sae next week. We hope that her church will be interested in adopting Multiplication Ministries processes for church growth, upon our pending visit. We have a few opportunities in Chiang Mai that we would like to explore over the next few days. Would you please pray for a fruitful time. We hope to catch a little bit of R & R there, of course. But we have an opportunity to meet an influential christian brother who helps put out christian movies in Thai language. Pastor Tae introduced us to him. We want to see if he would like to have several of our valuable documentaries on science could be translated into Thai. We also have a friend whom we are discipling, from Korea, that has a dear friend in Chiang Mai who is a Korean missionary. Lastly we have been referred to a really neat ministry that we're excited to see called Frontier Labourers. Multiplication Ministries would like for us to visit them and see if they would be interested in our materials.
We will be returning to Mae Sae on Saturday. There's a Thai Thanksgiving party where we may be able to meet a network of church leaders on Saturday. Sunday we will attend another international gathering of missionaries at Jethro's agricultural center. Monday, Tammy teaches "Get the Picture" at that same site.
Thanks for praying!!!!
