Sunday 2/26/2012

Had a really GREAT weekend!  Pastor Thirapong has committed to allowing us do a training on leadership, church administration, and planning for many leaders from his network of 8 churches in the near future.  We are in the process of setting this up with International Leadership Institute and Multiplication Ministries.

Sunday-  Met a handful of church leaders at Jethro's monthly fellowship gathering.  We were able to share many of Multiplication Ministries tools with several of them.  Have contacts now in many of the asian countries including Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Friends at the farm.....this group includes Pastor Joey, Pastor Terry and Linda, Warlito and Rachel, Missionary Wolfgang and Heide, and Dr. Phil and Ruth.  The couple next to Tammy and I are the descendents of the very first Christian missionaries in the Burma region.

Went over to Pastor Thirapong's home cell, and had the privilege of teaching for 1 hour on the importance of correcting one another and being your brother's keeper, and not being tolerant of known sin, but to be confident to lovingly address with a sober and humble heart when someone is in sin as it can affect not only them but others too, and bring consequences to a group of believers as it did in Joshua Chapter 7, in the Battle of Ai, as Achen hid his disobedience.  It's a topic that's important to share the right way, so that you don't have a church of finger pointing judging people...but rather loving people who want the best for you and aren't afraid to encourage others to do what's right, and to hate evil, but love good... and to not hate people, but love the people, and hate the sin...but not to let sin run rampant and unchecked.  To have some accountability.  To have integrity, and to be trustworthy from word and deed.   To not be like Cain, who didn't want to change his behavior, and didn't want to care for his brother.

Had dinner at Pastor Terry and Linda's home, and introduced them with Cristina's team.
