We were looking forward to the island,but boy the trip was arduous. God is good though.We just madeit to catch one of the last busses out of ao udom after we spent several hours with suchia and her mom and dad. They wanted us to pray for them.
We left ao udom at 8pm and we were able to get to bangkok by midnight. We then took a bus at 7am andgot to the island after the ferry at 8pm friday. Slept onthe bus. Lousy though, they didn't stop for the bathroom very often. They rushed me out of the bathroom evensaying the bus was leaving! how rude!
Anyways we are enjoying this small quaint island. It's slow season. expensive taxi is kind of irritating.
But praiseGod because on the way over we led a jamaican man into the decisionfor making Jesus his Lord and Savior. Praise God!!!! Please pray for Amsom, and that he can get a bible and good church around here. He lives here with his thailand wife.
