Instead of touring, Tammy and I decided to take it easy at the hotel. We studied quite a bit of subjects today (memorize scripture, study thai language with the Rosetta Stone, read about the authority and power that Jesus promised those who would believe in Him in the spiritual realms). It's pretty deep stuff. Not stuff a lot of church goers would bother to dwelve into, yet it is all in the Bible for us to sink our teeth in. I suppose we're into it because both Tammy and I are acquainted with some really dark, ominous stuff that we've seen in our lifetime, and only after knowing God's Word and having prayer from a few folks who are familiar with tapping into the authority and power God gives them---that's when things improved much much better.
The maid came in, and Tammy was so cute. She helped the maid clean up everything. The maid was turning red in embarassment because she was not used to having someone help her! But Tammy was not to be denied! Later on, we worked out at the gym and in the room with the workout video Turbo Jam.
We're probably going to get some seafood dinner and go shopping, and later see a movie. But we better get going because it's 5:30pm right now! Things are a lot cooler in the evening time around here, so I didn't mind waiting.

| Happy Birthday to the Queen of Thailand |
__________
Came back from movie and dinner now. We met a couple men from Nigeria who are now living in Thailand. We shared some stories of friends we've made from Nigeria and Uganda. They were hanging outside of McD's. They run a business somewhere here in Bangkok but they didn't say much about it. We chatted about life, and then I started telling them about stories in my friends lives that are from Africa, which led to my favorite topic- Jesus! Tammy had some pamphlets on how to ask Jesus into their lives, and as i was sharing encouraging scripture for them, we could see deep conviction in their heart that they needed His forgiveness too...they had their heads down reading the back of the tract which showed you how to receive the Gospel. In this case, I just told them when it's the right time, they need to get alone with God and sincerely ask Him to come into their lives thanking Jesus for paying their debt. Please pray for Festus and his friend. Thank you.
