Friday

We had a good day.  We left early with Pastor tae, and visited the nursury, where we had fun playing with the kids.  Tae ministered to a young lady who works at the nursury, explaining what it means to be committed to Christ.  Tae preached about the rich young ruler that was very righteous, but Jesus challenged him to sell everything he had and follow him, to see if the rich man would be ready to do that for the Lord.  It was heart check, which the rich man couldn't accept.  Jesus used him as an example (not that He expects everyone to do that, but He expects that if He asked that, his disciple would truly do it if it were asked of him.)

Then after lunch, tammy stuck around and helped baby sit and teach english.  The kids and coworkers laughed really hard when Tammy danced to make things happier.  Tae and I left to minister to two troubled teens who are going thru some problems.  Their mother is a devout christian who belongs to Tae's congregation.  I told them a little big of the DVD I have about They Sold Their Sould for Rock and Roll.  They took down the terrible poster of the band "slipknot" who are demonic.  They didn't know what was behind all of that.  Tae did a great job ministering to them.  They are very good listeners.  You can pray for them.  They are young, and get pulled in the direction that kids get pulled, by bad influences.  One of them was once on the worship team, but was removed temporarily until his life gets lined up.  They are nice young men, with bright futures.  They would like for you to pray for them.

We had a nice dinner and then ran off to a factory in the middle of nowhere.  There were several people there for a bible study.  Tammy and I got to share our testimonies to encourage them.  Tae answered many questions to the one non christian who had so many questions.  Later we prayed for that lady, who was not yet ready to make Jesus her Lord and Savior, and something happened in her heart because she wept wept and wept.  She said she felt something wonderfully warm in her heart while we were praying.  We told her that's the Holy Spirit.

Tomorrow, plenty of classes for tammy to teach.  Worship band practice for me.  I'm gonna head to the coffee shop or university and try to get more thai language practice/and possibly share another bible story with VJ.  We'll meet the korean missionary Steve, and some of his students.  I need to learn from him on how he uses the software to teach.  We get to meet our christian friend Grace, who is really looking forward to meeting up with Tammy tomorrow.
